THE magazine for today’s young writer

Potluck Magazine publisher of poetry, short stories, fables, book reviews, and artwork by young writers and artist ages 8-16. Since 1997, writers and artists from around the world have filled each issue with an array of hopes and dreams, humor, and imagination. Potluck’s educational and professional forum encouraged young writers to express themselves freely and creatively, while teaching them their craft.

So it is with a heavy heart that we close our cover. We wish to thank each writer and artist ever to grace our pages. We thank the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, and teachers who not only encouraged these young writers, but also instilled in them self-confidence, self worth, and courage. For it takes a great deal of courage to open one’s self up and let the world in.

We will miss your humor and your spirit. We will think of you often, and we wish you only the very best in all your endeavors. God bless. Good-bye.

~ Susan Napoli Picchietti, Founder/Editor-in-chief, Potluck Magazine
